Ndida is Born
Founded in Kampala by a collective of local educators determined to solve youth unemployment gaps.
Education Access Drive
Launched our first major scholarship program in Wakiso, achieving a 40% improvement in attendance.
Youth Skills Center
Opened our flagship vocational training center in Kampala, focusing on technical and digital skills.
Health Outreach Expansion
Introduced mobile health camps in Mukono, diagnosing 47 previously hidden critical cases.
Community Governance
Finalized our district-wide council model, putting all program decisions in the hands of 47 local communities.

Most NGOs measure speed. We measure permanence. Our four-stage method takes longer up front — and lasts decades longer at the end.
Listen
Six to twelve months of conversation with elders, women's councils, and youth groups. No proposals, no slides — just questions.
Co-design
Community members lead the blueprint. We bring engineering, financing, and a willingness to hear 'no'.
Build together
Local labor, local materials, local ownership. We train alongside, never above.
Hand over
Within five years, every project transfers fully to community governance — with operating reserves, training, and an open door if needed.
